The Montgomery County CEO (Creating Entrepreneurial Opportunities) Program is an initiative of the Montgomery County Economic Development Corporation, which serves as the program’s mentoring nonprofit.

CEO is an innovative entrepreneurship education program that prepares high school students to think entrepreneurially and act responsibly. Modeled after a successful program in Effingham, Illinois, it equips young people to become enterprising individuals who contribute to economic growth and sustainable communities. The CEO program immerses students in real-world learning experiences by running their own business.
